Yes. Hours are agreed before we match, and we recruit for the shift you need — US Eastern and Pacific, UK, or Australian business hours. Executive support usually means substantial live overlap with you; admin work often doesn't need any.

The Philippines is one of the largest English-speaking workforces in the world. We test written and spoken communication as part of screening, and you interview the candidate before you commit — so you judge it yourself.

What does the fee actually cover?

Your assistant's compensation, our recruitment and screening, onboarding, ongoing management, payroll, and local compliance. One invoice a month. No separate placement fee.

Is my data safe?

Every assistant signs an NDA before access is granted. We advise granting access through a password manager and role-based permissions, and revoking it centrally — never sharing raw credentials.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice, and you can move between part-time and full-time or between support levels as your needs change.
